QA/QC Introduction
Zomax has trained an excellent team for quality control, there are 50 QC and 15 QA in the quality department. It has established a scientific quality management system based on ISO/TS16949 regulations, and can expertly use all kinds of statistical devices on control processing and quality improvement. Meanwhile, we have some of the most advanced inspection equipment in the world including CMM (German Zeiss), gear measure center (Klingelnberg), metallurgical microscope (Japanese Olympus), digital micro-hardness tester (Japan FM ), optical emission spectrometer (Switchland ARL), surface roughness and profile tester (JAPAN), roundness measure tester (Japanese), which can ensure the veracity of tests.Test Equipment and Facilities
Name:Roundness Measuring Tester (Japan)
Description:It can be used to measure roundness, waviness, spectral analysis, axiality, planeness, parallelism, perpendicularity of loop work piece. It is also used to measure roundness and radial run-out of arc.

Name:Surface Roughness & Profile Tester (Japan)
Description:It's a multi-application instrument for component surface and shape quality evaluation. Can be used for measuring various shaped precision work pieces including angle, chamfer, groove width, slot depth, camber, log curve, linearity, radius of curvature, distance, and geometric parameters. It also used for checking the work piece surface roughness on plate, cylinder, inner hole and deep groove as well as bearings race. The inspection of multi-surface parameters is possible.

Name:Digital Micro-Hardness Tester (Japan FM)
Description:It is used for testing metal structures including small or minute parts, thin plates, metal foils, fine drawn wires, thin hardened layers and electroplated layers as well as non-metallic materials such as glass, jewels, and ceramics, which can hardly be measured with Rockwell or other hardness testers using relatively large test loads. It is indispensable for hardness measurements while observing the metal structures, testing internal hardness distribution of induction-hardened or carburized materials.

Name:Measuring Center (Klingelnberg P26\P40)
Description:It is used for inspection of different cutting tools like shapers, shaving cutters and hobs as well as checking gears, worms, worm wheels and bevel gears. In addition, the dimensions, shape and position of rotation symmetrical work pieces can be determined or the running path on cams and plates can be inspected.
